DMCA / Copyright Policy
Last updated: 31 July 2026
hhhdownload respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. hhhdownload does not host, store, or index any third-party media — files pass directly from the source platform to the user's device and are never saved on our servers. Even so, if you believe your copyrighted work is being made accessible through hhhdownload in a way that infringes your rights, you can ask us to act, and we will.
Filing a notice
Send a written notice to [email protected] that includes:
- your name, organisation (if any) and contact details;
- identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
- the exact URL(s) on the source platform for the content concerned;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf;
- your physical or electronic signature.
What we do with it
Because we don't store media, there is usually no file for us to delete. What we can and will do on a valid notice is block the specific content or source URLs from being processed through hhhdownload, and, where a page or keyword is the problem, remove or adjust it. We aim to respond to complete notices promptly.
Counter-notice
If you believe content was blocked in error (for example, it's your own work or you have permission), you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, identification of the material, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief it was blocked by mistake.
Repeat infringers
Where applicable, we will restrict or terminate access for anyone who is the subject of repeated valid infringement notices.
Designated agent
Copyright notices should be sent to our designated agent at [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge valid notices within two business days.
