These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of hhhdownload.com ("hhhdownload", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use hhhdownload.

1. What hhhdownload is

hhhdownload is a free online tool that lets you save publicly available content (videos, images, audio) from a range of third-party platforms to your own device. hhhdownload is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of those platforms. Platform names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used here only to describe what each tool does.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country to use online services) to use hhhdownload. If you are under the age of majority, you may only use hhhdownload with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Acceptable use

hhhdownload is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree that you will:

• not access the service with automated tools (bots, scrapers, bulk scripts) or attempt to disrupt or overload it;
• comply with the laws of your country and with each platform's own terms where they apply to you.

4. Content and copyright

All content you access through hhhdownload is created by and belongs to its respective creators and rights holders. hhhdownload does not host, store, index, or claim any rights over that content — files pass directly from the platform's servers to your device and are never saved on ours. Responsibility for how downloaded content is used lies entirely with you. If a creator has marked their work as free to download (as many Newgrounds artists do), please still consider supporting them directly.

5. Copyright complaints (DMCA)

If you believe hhhdownload is being used to infringe your copyright, please follow the process on our DMCA page. Valid notices are handled promptly, and we maintain a policy of terminating access for repeat infringers where applicable.

6. No warranty

hhhdownload is provided "as is" and "as available", free of charge. We don't guarantee that the service will always work, that every link can be downloaded, or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Platforms change regularly and parts of the service may stop working at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, hhhdownload and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service, including any consequences of how you use downloaded content.

8. Changes to the service and to these Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms; the current version is always available on this page with its "last updated" date. Continued use of hhhdownload after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
