Download Pinterest images the easy way
Every image pin exists at several widths on Pinterest's CDN, and the path segment names them: 236x, 474x, 736x and then originals. The feed and the pin page both show a resized rung, so a right-click save gives you a preview rather than the real file.
This page goes to the originals rung — the file as the pinner uploaded it. For anything you intend to print, crop into, or use as a reference at full size, that difference is the entire point.

What quality you get from Pinterest
The originals rendition, the largest that exists for the pin, as JPG or PNG. Dimensions vary because they're whatever the uploader submitted — often 1000–3000px on the long edge for photography, smaller for graphics saved from elsewhere. No re-compression from us on top of Pinterest's.
