Nothing here touches your SoundCloud account, because there's no login step at any point — only what SoundCloud already streams to a logged-out visitor is read.
What you can paste
A single track (soundcloud.com/artist/track), a playlist or album (soundcloud.com/artist/sets/name), or the short link the mobile app copies when you tap Share. All three land on the same downloader, and we work out which one you gave us.
Private share links — the ones with an s- code on the end — aren't supported. hhhdownload only fetches tracks that are public on SoundCloud, and we don't try to reach anything that isn't.
Which file you actually get
SoundCloud streams a 128 kbps MP3 to logged-out listeners, and that is exactly the file we hand you: no re-encoding on our side, no quality lost, and nothing gained either. Sites promising 320 kbps from a 128 kbps stream are re-encoding it and calling the result an upgrade — it isn't.

Support the artists you're saving
Most of SoundCloud is independent musicians. Saving a track for offline listening is one thing; if you play it out, put it in a video, or just love it — follow, repost, or buy it from the artist's own link. Plays and purchases are what keep the next release coming.
If an artist has asked for a track not to be shared, respect that. hhhdownload handles one public link at a time; it doesn't crawl profiles or bulk-download someone's whole catalogue.
If a download doesn't work
SoundCloud fails are usually a Go+ preview-only track, a private upload, or an artist who turned streaming off for that song — the error message says which one it was.
If a public audio track still fails, SoundCloud may have changed how its pages work — tell us through the contact page and we'll get it working again. That's on us, not you.

Is the SoundCloud downloader free?
Yes. Every download on hhhdownload is free, and there's no limit on how many audio tracks you can save.
Do I need an account or the SoundCloud app?
No. This page runs on its own in your browser — you never sign in to SoundCloud here, and there's no app or extension to install.
Where does the file save to?
On a computer it goes to your Downloads folder. On a phone, check your Downloads or Files app (on iPhone, look in Files › Downloads).
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. The same page works in Safari, Chrome and every modern mobile browser.
Can you download private audio tracks from SoundCloud?
No. Private tracks and private share links stay private — we only read what SoundCloud streams to a logged-out visitor.
What quality is the file?
128 kbps MP3 — that's the stream SoundCloud serves to anyone who isn't signed in, and we pass it through untouched. No tool can hand you a better file than the one the platform actually streams.
Can I download Go+ tracks?
No. For Go+ tracks SoundCloud only streams a 30-second preview unless you're a subscriber, so there's no full file to fetch. You'll get a clear message instead of a broken file.
Do playlists work, or only single tracks?

Do links from the SoundCloud app work?
Yes. The app's Share button gives a short on.soundcloud.com link; paste that here and we follow it to the track for you.
How do I get the artist's original file?
Some artists switch on SoundCloud's own Download file button — that gives their uploaded master and needs a free SoundCloud account. If you need the master, use that button; it's also the version artists want you to have.
